1. The Service
St. Vincent De Paul Toolkit ("the Service") is a directory tool for SVDP conferences, councils, and regions to publish and manage local resource listings, and for individuals to find those resources. The Service is built and operated by Agnitsch Software LLC ("we," "us").
2. Accounts
Admin accounts are for authorized SVDP conference, council, or regional representatives. General user accounts are for individuals seeking resource information. You're responsible for keeping your login access secure, whether that's your email or phone number.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Conference-level subscriptions are billed directly through Stripe on a monthly or annual basis. We don't store payment details. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Subscriptions are not refundable.
Once a subscription ends, the conference's admin accounts keep access to log in and view their existing data, but the conference's listings are marked inactive and no longer appear on the public directory.
Council, regional, and national subscriptions may be billed under separate terms set out in a signed order form with the designated paying entity.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not post false, harmful, or misleading resource information. You may not abuse the platform, including scraping, reselling access, or impersonating an organization.
5. Availability
The service is provided as is. We aim for reliable uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept them.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from these terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost data, lost revenue, or service interruptions.
