1. The Service

St. Vincent De Paul Resource Guide is a directory tool for SVDP conferences, councils, and regions to publish and manage local resource listings, and for individuals to find those resources.

2. Accounts

Admin accounts are for authorized SVDP conference, council, or regional representatives. General user accounts are for individuals seeking resource information. You're responsible for keeping your login access secure, whether that's your email or phone number.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Organizational subscriptions are billed to the designated paying entity, such as a national admin, per the terms in that entity's order form. Billing is processed through Stripe. We don't store payment details.

If a payment fails, the subscribing organization's admin access may be suspended after a grace period. General directory access for end users is not affected by billing status. Cancellation and refund terms are set in the applicable order form.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not post false, harmful, or misleading resource information. You may not abuse the platform, including scraping, reselling access, or impersonating an organization.

5. Availability

The service is provided as is. We aim for reliable uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept them.
