For residents of Limestone and Madison Counties. Apply online or call to make an appointment. All calls will go through automated call line to make an appointment. Funds are paid directly to utility companies and vendors. Assistance may be received up to four times per year based on eligibility requirements Note: NO walk-in appointments are available.
