First Stop of Huntsville
First Stop encounters the homeless where they are, connects them to critical services and support, and empowers them toward independent sustainable living. We exist not only to serve the homeless and make them more comfortable, but also to help them out of homelessness. We have opened of our warming shelter in January. During our overnight shelter times we offered a warm, safe bed, food, supplies, blankets, and a caring environment where every client was treated with dignity and respect. First Stop provides free meals for registered clients for breakfast and lunch, Monday - Friday
