CAPHMLC assists with home energy bills for qualifying residents of Madison and Limestone counties. Agency which both provides services and offers referrals to programs for support. Seven locations available throughout Madison County and Limestone County. Services and resources include: -Emergency services -GED and adult education courses -Housing -Nutrition -Transportation -Utilities assistance -Weatherization
