Huntsville Assistance Program-Emergency Food Pantry
Madison County residents needing help with shelf-stable food items are welcome to visit a HAP Emergency Food Pantry location for groceries. Maximum of four (4) times per year. The Emergency Food Pantries are supported by HAP member Churches and exist to help families in crisis with a short-term solution to their food insecurity. Emergency Food Pantry clients are required to have a home within Madison County, and a kitchen that will allow them to prepare meals. Madison County residents will fill out a form, and must provide the following documents to obtain food from one of our Emergency Food Pantry locations: -Proof of Madison County residency (ex: utility bill in client's name) -Photo I.D. -Social security cards for all residents of the home (or other government issued ID)
